1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Movokee.

By using the App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

2 User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3 Use of the App

Movokee is designed to help users practice and improve speaking skills through interactive content.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App
• Upload or submit harmful, abusive, or offensive content
• Interfere with other users’ experience

4 Voice Processing Feature

Movokee allows you to record voice input to evaluate speaking performance.

By using this feature, you agree that:

• Your audio is processed temporarily to provide feedback
• Audio may be sent to third-party providers (e.g., Deepgram) for speech recognition
• We do not store your voice recordings, but third-party providers may process data according to their own policies

5 Subscriptions and Payments

Movokee may offer paid subscriptions and in-app purchases.

• Payments are processed through your app store account (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play)
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device settings

All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law or platform policies.

6 Advertisements

The App may display advertisements, including rewarded ads.

By using Movokee, you agree that:

• Ads may be shown as part of the experience
• Interacting with ads is optional (unless explicitly stated for rewards)

7 Intellectual Property

All content in Movokee, including:

• Design
• Text
• Graphics
• Software

is owned by or licensed to Devitso Ltd. and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without permission

8 User Content

If you submit any content (including voice input):

• You retain your rights to your content
• You grant us a limited right to use it solely to operate and improve the App

We do not publicly share your voice recordings.

9 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Misuse the App
• Create risk or legal exposure for us

You may also delete your account at any time.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

Movokee is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Results (e.g., speaking accuracy feedback) will be perfectly accurate

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Devitso Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits

arising from your use of the App.

12 Privacy

Your use of Movokee is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
